"This is the 2nd vehicle we have bought from Henry Day and both times we worked with Dave. I had gone to multiple car dealerships and I hated every minute of it. "Roy was very friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and get us the information that we needed. He even brought my garbage cans in when he came with me to pick up our second tradein. He provided a vehicle for us to get to a Doctor's appointment while the truck was being washed and the bed cover installed so we didn't need to cancel the appointment. What we were given for our tradeins was fair and Julio Santoro allowed us to also just do the initial paperwork and come back in to finish it up as my husband wasn't feeling well. All in all it was a pleasant experience and not stressful as buying a vehicle can sometimes be."
